We went on a Friday night and as it was too busy they seemed to be unable to provide a good service. We had four kids with us and the food took very long, we saw people arriving after us being served first. I've been there other times and it wasn't that busy so not bad. I wouldn't recommend for busy nights.

Great experience! I was greeted at the door and sat at the bar. Ricky greeted me with a smile and always knows my order and gets my food hot and fast. BEST BARTENDER HERE!! Always happy to see him as my bartender.

Great place that even the doggy bag still tastes great a day later.I walk out forgotten my Meds and the entire staff made an effort to contact my pharmacist in NY to have them reach me to make sure I get it.Thats service and patience for you.

A decent steakhouse with some unique dishes. Prices are a little high, but the quality is good. This location is great - ample parking, and the movie theater nearby is nice for a "dinner and a movie" night out.

The food is what you would expect, with no issues in execution, considering the chain and that they tend to overcook beef. However! The staff is very good at this location. They're quick, always attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and helpful.

Can't say a bad word about this place. Service, staff, and food was impeccable. Never have I ever been served so well. Honestly, going out of your way to make sure everything was JUST RIGHT, blew my mind.

This is my first time at the outback chain. Deeply enjoyed the bloomin onion. The cocktail was a little sweetbut good. I also thought the value was pretty great for the three-course dinner but the bill end up being quite pricey for what it was.

We arrived at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was very successful. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt very good. The meal was yummy. We loved this spot a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.

Way too much money for the quality and quantity of food you get. Sirloin steaks are nowhere near as good as other local, non chain restaurants.

The people here are really nice. That's good because the food is just, "meh.". It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good. The veggies are properly cooked, which was the best part of the meal. The salad was a basic chain restaurant salad, nothing special. Actually, given the name of the place, the steak was the least appetizing part of the meal. It was a thin slice of ribeye that was really hard to cook to medium rare - just searing it over cooked it. And - it was so heavily spiced you couldn't taste the beef at all, which was probably for the best...

I needed the perfect place to eat lunch and do some homework. I drove by and figured it was worth a try! I was greeted at the door by the host who seemed very excited to be there. I explained to her that it was only going to be me and that i didn’t want to take up a whole table from one of the servers. She assured me that it would be no problem at all. She seated me in the perfect spot for what I needed. I was promptly greeted by my server, Alyssa V, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. I ordered my favorite, the filet with broccoli and a baked potato. Everything came out cooked perfectly and all of my little requests were there (it’s the little things that count!). The managers were walking around talking to tables and making sure everything was going smoothly. Overall another great experience dining and the Outback Steakhouse in Lowell!!

Always a great experience. Food is excellent, waitstaff is great, manager is awesome (had a minor issue once ( and he went above and beyond, unnecessarily. Side note; the prime rib is epic! Have had $100 to $10 prime rib and theirs holds it's own with the $100 type.
